Main Components of a Ring Blower
The main compnent of the blower are Impeller, Motor, shaft, Inlet, Outlet, and Filter etc.
✅Inlet: It serves as the entry point for the air or gas that will be compressed in the blower housing.
✅Outlet: It is the discharge point for Compressed Air traveling from the impeller in the blower housing.
✅Impeller: It is a Rotating wheel with blades or vanes that propel air or gas. It is generally used to generate airflow and create pressure with the help of centrifugal force.
✅Motor: It is a fundamental component in the blower for converting electric energy into mechanical energy, responsible for driving the impeller.
✅Filter: It plays a vital role in the blower, it works as a barrier to prevent contamination, dust, and other impurities from entering the blower and maintaining the quality of the air being circulated.
✅Working Principle:- The Working Principle is based on regenerative Compression. The gas enters through the inlet and reaches the impeller, directly mounted on the motor shaft, where it accelerates itself with each successive blade of the impeller and increases the air pressure then the compressed air or regenerative air reaches the discharge point with differential pressure. It’s a very impressive way to generate airflow and pressure. This differential pressure results in a blower to use as a Vacuum (Suction) at the inlet Point and a Blower at the Outlet Point.
